She is a Practicing Chartered Fellow Accountant and holder of MBA and B.Comm (University Of Nairobi) and Advanced Management Program-AMP (Spain), PhD in Humanities-Honorary and Certified Professional Mediator.She has extensive training and experience in Corporate Governance; Strategic Management/Transformative Leadership –Share Holder Value Growth; Business Restructuring and Reengineering; Change Management;Think Tank;Project Management /PPP and Business Advisory

Her Distinctive Career was accomplished through various C-Suite Capacities with AFS-Eastern African as CEO and Chairperson ;East African Portland Cement Company Ltd as Head Of Finance: Board Director-EAPCC Uganda Ltd, Audit and Risk Head and Trustee & Trust Secretary- Pension Scheme and previously with Other Entities namely Numerical Machining Complex Ltd, CocaCola Co Of Nairobi , Care Kenya ; Kenya Airways and Deloitte.
