How will the Africans benefit from the transformation However, it has not been lost on observers and the record of actual events attest to the same that conflicts and behaviors of the inhabitants of the continent threaten to derail the expected progress and transformation of the continent. It is a continent at crossroads in its process of democratization, compliance to principles of best practices in governance, and exercise of legacies, impact and sustainable programs.
